We’ve outlined the following policies to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

- Rescheduling: If the service location lacks space, safety, or a paved surface, we reserve the right to reschedule and apply a $50 fee.

- Cancellation: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancelling on the service day may result in up to a 50% charge unless extreme circumstances arise.

- Repeated cancellations may incur a $100 non-refundable retainer.

Customer Responsibilities:

- Ensure vehicles that may need to move are parked accordingly.

- Car seats: We don’t remove or reinstall car seats. Please have them out before we arrive.

- Remove all personal items from the vehicle, especially from armrests and glove compartments, to allow full access for cleaning.

- Payment is due in full upon completion of services. If you’re not present, we will send an invoice. Late payments incur a 10% daily fee.

Service Conditions:

- Pricing Adjustments: We may adjust pricing based on vehicle condition, type, or customer location. Excessive pet hair, hazardous materials (urine, vomit, blood), and deep cleaning jobs may incur additional charges.

- We do not guarantee the complete removal of pet hair or sand due to the difficulty of extraction.

- Stains and odors: We’ll try our best to remove them but make no guarantees on deep or permanent stains.

Liability and Limitations:

- Interior components: We’re not responsible for damage to heavily soiled or fragile areas (e.g., dash buttons) that may degrade during cleaning.

- Windows: Streaks may occur based on humidity; wipe them with a microfiber towel once the vehicle cools.

- Mechanical/electrical issues: We’re not liable for issues arising from cleaning engine bays or sunroofs, so ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.

Miscellaneous:

- We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if we encounter verbal or physical abuse.

- For your safety, please maintain a 10-15 ft distance from our work area to avoid hazards.
