What is it?
You get a thorough wash combined with comprehensive contamination removal. You also get a paint sealant application to protect the paint on your car and improve the shine.
Be sure to combine this service with the Interior Detail for the complete package. The engine bay gets overlooked frequently, so don't forget that either.
How does the service work?
Wheels and tires are the first cleaning step with their own separate bucket so there is no risk of highly abrasive brake dust contaminating the rest of the vehicle.
The wash and wax is similar to the deluxe wash in that it starts with a pre-rinse, followed up by a foam soap soak. The foam soak helps to break up any contamination the pre-rinse may not have removed. After the foam is rinsed, the hand wash process begins. Two buckets(soap water and rinse water) are used to further assist in mitigation of potential swirls or scratches. The final rinse is completed with deionized water for a spot-free finish.
This is where the wash and wax service goes above and beyond. Next is mechanical and chemical decontamination through the use of a clay bar as well as tar and sap removers, etc. This removes tar, sap, iron fallout, and other contamination that is embedded into the paint and not removed by simple washing. A final wipe down with a wax and grease remover ensures the paint is squeaky clean and ready for the wax or sealant.
This is the protection step. Synthetic paint sealant is our default as it is more durable than wax(carnauba wax available upon request), especially in the summer months here in the desert. You will get approximately 4-6 months of protection from the elements, depending on how you care for your vehicle afterwards. Gloss and slickness are improved as well!

Who is it for?
The wash and wax is what most people request. It gives your vehicles exterior a good reset and adds some protection as well. If you typically wash your own car but want that little extra pop from your paint without the hassle of prepping and waxing on your own, this is for you. This service is recommended approximately every six months.
If you want superior protection to waxes or sealants, plus numerous other benefits, you might consider a ceramic coating.
Wash and Wax Pricing
The wash and wax price usually falls into the range of $175 to $255 depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. Sometimes, certain vehicles will be outside of this range. For example, a lifted truck with large tires would be outside of the typical price range.
